Wallace - William H. Gray, 83, died at 3:10 p.m. Monday at his farm home two and one-half miles northeast of Wallace.  He had been in failing health one year and in serious condition the past three months.  He was born Sept 26, 1875, the son of Abner and Minerva Stonebraker Gray.  He had lived on the same farm all his life.  He was married Sept 16, 1901 to Emma Wooley. They were married in Wallace.  Mr. Gray was a member of Wolf Creek Community Church and attended school at Wallace.  He was a member of Farm Bureau and Horse Thief Detective Assn.  Survivors include the widow; two sons, Forrest Gray of Waynetown and Frank Gray of Hillsboro; a daughter, Mrs. Fern Stockdale of Veedersburg, nine grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Servies Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. John R. Servies and Rev. Noble Carothers officiating. Friends may pay their respects at the family residence after 7 p.m. Tuesday until 12:30 ? p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. - kbz
